DC Advisory advised InfraVia on the acquisition of eight tank storage terminals across France, Portugal and Spain

Alkion Terminals (Alkion) is a partnership between InfraVia Capital Partners (InfraVia) and Dutch energy expert Coloured Finches.

DC Advisory (DC) was mandated by InfraVia as financial and debt advisor on the acquisition.

DC has a very deep and thorough understanding of the energy storage sector having previously advised LBC Tank Terminals (LBC) on a refinancing.

DC ran a comprehensive financing process engaging various sources of liquidity across a number of detailed work streams including financial modelling, due diligence, debt structuring and full documentation negotiations in order to address a number of key objectives.

The debt package was executed on very competitive terms and was provided by a diverse club of lenders including UBS Infrastructure Debt Fund, Santander, SEB, CA-CIB, HSH and Bred, and was successful is raising significant undrawn facilities to assist further growth opportunities across the business.

Alkion announced the transaction on 27th April 2017. The transaction completed in June 2017.
