DC Advisory advised Janus Global Operations on its sale to DC Capital Partners

DC Advisory served as exclusive financial advisor and rendered a fairness opinion to the Board of Directors of Janus Global Operations (“Janus”) in connection with its sale to an affiliate of DC Capital Partners Management, LP (“DC Capital Partners”), for an undisclosed amount. Janus provides integrated stability operations services, including humanitarian munitions remediation, environmental remediation and services, risk management, logistics and lifecycle support solutions to public and private sector clients worldwide.

Janus has been spotlighted by ABC News and PBS for its work clearing improvised explosive devices, landmines and other explosive hazards ISIS left behind in Iraq, which has allowed more than one million displaced persons to return to their homes.

DC Capital’s acquisition of Janus will provide it with additional resources and the opportunity to collaborate with other DC Capital portfolio companies, expand services to clients and provide a full continuum of stability operations capabilities.*
