DC Advisory advised Kratos Defense & Security Solutions on the acquisition of Composite Engineering
DC Advisory* served as exclusive financial advisor to Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (“Kratos”) in its pending acquisition of Composite Engineering, Inc. (“CEI”) for $155 million. The acquisition of CEI will give Kratos access to new markets and extend the range and depth of its solutions offerings. CEI is a vertically integrated manufacturer and developer of unmanned aerial targets systems and composite structures used for National Security programs.
