DC Advisory advised Lifoam on its sale to Jarden Corporation

DC Advisory* acted as exclusive financial advisor to Lifoam Holdings, Inc. (Lifoam), a portfolio company of American Capital, Ltd., in its sale to Jarden Corporation, a publicly traded company.

Lifoam is a leading provider of custom and proprietary molded foam and protective packaging solutions used in a number of consumer, commercial and healthcare packaging applications.
