DC Advisory advised Line2 on its sale to j2 Global

DC Advisory, a leading investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that its client Line2 has been acquired by j2 Global, an internet information and services company based in Los Angeles, CA. As part of the transaction, Line2 will join j2 Global’s cloud services business unit and help to grow the Company’s global customer base, provide access to new markets and expand j2’s product lineup.

Line2 is a provider of cloud phone services for small business.  The Company offers calling, messaging and PBX services on any mobile phone, tablet and laptop devices.
