DC Advisory advised Lund Food Holdings & Jerry's Enterprises on the acquisition of 18 Rainbow Food Stores from Roundy's Inc.

DC Advisory* acted as financial advisor to Lund Food Holdings and Jerry’s Enterprises as part of a consortium that has agreed to acquire 18 Rainbow Food stores from Roundy’s Inc. Lund Food Holdings, Inc. is a family-owned specialty food retailer, which currently owns and operates 24 stores under the Lunds and Byerly’s banners in the Minneapolis-St. Paul and surrounding area. Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. is an operator and franchisee of approximately 35 stores in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida under the Jerry’s Foods, County Market, Cub Foods and Save-a-Lot banners.
