DC Advisory advised Maersk, Inc. on the sale of NFI Industries, Inc.

DC Advisory* served as the exclusive financial advisor to Maersk on the sale of the Western Region Operations of The Gilbert Company (“Gilbert”), its subsidiary, to NFI Industries, Inc. (“NFI”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Gilbert is a leading provider of value-added third-party logistics services to the retail sector, specifically serving retailers and apparel, footwear and electronics companies. NFI, a family-owned company with over $900 million in revenue, is one of the leading transportation, warehousing and logistics companies in North America.
