DC Advisory advised MAPFRE its stake swap with Caja Madrid

DC Advisory advised Mapfre on the exchange of its stake of 48,97% in Banco de Servicios Financieros  Caja Madrid – Mapfre for the stake of 12,5% in Mapfre Internacional owned by Caja Madrid.

DC was appointed as the financial advisor of Mapfre to assist on the valuation of the stake and in the initial discussions with Caja Madrid and its advisors.

The transaction was completed in March 2011.
