- The transaction will be completed through a process of issuing new shares via third-party allotment
- This transaction follows a rapid increase in the momentum for digitisation that has taken place across medical and healthcare sectors in response to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic
Outcome
- Medley and NTT DOCOMO's collaboration aims to further the development of advances in telemedicine with the provision of high-value-add healthcare services, recognising the complimentary relationship between telemedicine and provision of face-to-face medical care
- Leveraging the sizeable assets of both companies, the collaboration will include joint management of the telemedicine app CLINICS as well as new services for end-users in order to bring closer a future where patients make full use of healthcare services
