DC Advisory advised MinebeaMitsumi Inc on its acquisition of U-Shin

DC Advisory (DC), led by Shinya Nakamura, advised MineabeaMitsumi Inc, a Japanese multinational corporation and a major producer of machinery components and electronic devices, on its acquisition of U-Shin, an automotive components supplier, specialising in access mechanism systems for vehicle and control panels.

DC was engaged by MinebeaMitsumi to act as both exclusive financial advisor and tender offer agent in the transaction.

The transaction is expected to enhance both MinebeaMitsumi and U-Shin’s combined offering in the automobile and home security space.
