DC Advisory advised MRL Posnet on its sale to Worldline

DC India is pleased to announce that its client MRL Posnet Pvt. Ltd., a provider of best in class point-of-sale technology infrastructure to banks and payment providers, has agreed to be acquired by Worldline SA.

The transaction will create an integrated payment services provider catering to the Indian markets and is expected to close before the end of October 2017.

Worldline will deploy MRL's proven payments platform across its global customer base, which is enhanced by the addition of 18 partner banks of MRL Posnet.

The acquisition will allow MRL to leverage the capabilities and resources of Worldline to accelerate the rollout of the MRL platform to a wider client base, both in India and abroad.
