DC Advisory advised Nashville Agencies on the sale of Knowles Assisted Living

DC Advisory* is pleased to announce that its joint clients, the Metropolitan Nashville Hospital Authority and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, have completed the divestiture of Knowles Home Assisted Living and Adult Day Services (“Knowles”), a 100-bed facility providing assisted living and adult day care services, to Autumn Assisted Living Partners, Inc.

In 2013, DC US was retained by the Hospital Authority and Metro Government agencies to explore alternatives for the Bordeaux Nursing Home Facility and Knowles. Nashville has long been considered the “Silicon Valley” of Healthcare and DC Advisory* is delighted to have been selected to assist with this important investment banking assignment.
