DC Advisory advised New Horizons on its sale to an investor group led by Camden Partners

New Horizons Worldwide, Inc. (formerly PINK: NWRZ), the world’s largest independent IT training company, today announced the completion of the merger previously announced on August 13, 2012. The company was acquired by NWHW Holdings, Inc., a newly formed entity backed by Camden Partners Holdings LLC, a leading investment firm and a previous shareholder of New Horizons, together with an investor group. New Horizons’ stock will no longer be quoted on the Pink Sheets.
