  • DC Advisory (DC) acted as sole financial advisor to Nippn, which currently holds a 51.07% stake in OK Food Industry Co., Ltd, and will acquire all the remaining shares via a share swap deal

Outcome

  • DC leveraged its extensive Consumer, Leisure & Retail sector and market expertise to deliver for Nippn's shareholders

  • The swap share is subject to review at the OK Food Industry Co., Ltd’s annual shareholders meeting on 23 June 2022
