DC Advisory advised Northern Star on the sale of Systems Control to Comvest Partners

DC US is pleased to announce that its client Northern Star Industries, Inc. has sold Systems Control to Comvest Partners, a leading private investment firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Headquartered in Iron Mountain, Michigan, Systems Control is a best-in-class designer and manufacturer of customized, highly engineered control panels and electrical substation equipment enclosures for the transmission and distribution industry.  It is recognized by electric utility providers for its leadership in supplying high quality, mission-critical components to ensure the reliable operation of the electrical grid.

DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to Northern Star Industries, Inc. and Systems Control.
