DC Advisory advised NTT Data Corporation on the acquisition of a 53% stake in Accellence Thailand Ltd

DC Advisory (DC) exclusively advised NTT Data Corporation (NTT Data) on its acquisition of 53% of Accellence Thailand Ltd. (Accellence).

Accellence provides card business processing systems for financial institutions in Thailand and has established a firm position with a leading share based on the number of credit card users of financial institutions already operating within the Thailand card business processing system market.

Through this acquisition, NTT Data aims to combine its solutions and know-how in the card and payment field with Accellence’s renowned card business processing systems for financial institutions and their strong customer base, to co-offer multiple advanced-and-competitive electronic payment services.

This collaboration is expected to accelerate the further expansion of NTT Data’s card and payment business in Thailand, and in the Asia-Pacific region.
