DC Advisory advised NTT Data on the acquisition of Optimal Solutions Integration from Tailwind Capital

DC Advisory* acted as financial advisor to NTT DATA, Inc., a leading IT services provider, in its agreement to acquire Optimal Solutions Integration, Inc., a SAP integration and optimization services provider.

The acquisition further strengthens NTT DATA’s ability to accelerate the near- and long-term value companies can gain from their SAP investments. NTT DATA, a subsidiary of Japan-based NTT Group, is a system integration company providing premier professional services from consulting, application services, business process and IT outsourcing to cloud-based solutions. NTT DATA is based in Plano, Texas.
