DC Advisory*, alongside Daiwa Securities, acted as exclusive financial advisors to Okabe Co., Ltd. on its sale of Okabe North America Inc. (dba Coast Hotels) to APA Hotel Co., Ltd. (“APA Hotel”) for approximately $150 million. Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, APA Hotel operates a chain of hotels and resorts in Japan.

Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Okabe North America operates a chain of hotels and resorts under the Coast Hotels brand name.
