DC Advisory advised Outservico on the sale of Outservico Utilities Services

DC Advisory has advised Outservico Servicios y Comunicaciones (OSYC) in the disposal of a minority stake in its subsidiary Outservico Utilities Services (Outservico Utilities).

DC Advisory advised OSYC throughout the process, originating the opportunity, presenting the deal to a number of trade and financial buyers and assisting OSYC in negotiating key economic and contractual aspects of the transaction.

The final buyer of the minority stake has been a group of a financial investor together with a manager which will act in the future as CEO of Outservico Utilities.

This transaction allows OSYC to raise enough funds to finance its aggressive expansion plan and concentrate its management efforts on its core business.
