DC Advisory advised Pegasus on the sale of its Distribution Services business to affiliate of H.I.G. Capital

DC Advisory* acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pegasus Solutions, Inc., the global leader in electronic hotel transaction processing, in the divestiture of its Financial Services business (“PFS”) to an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC (“H.I.G.”).  PFS is the world’s largest processor of commissions paid by hotels to travel agencies and offers commissions receipt and disbursement, foreign currency exchange, and reconciliation and tracking services to a large and diverse customer base of leading hotels and travel agencies through its global payment network.  H.I.G. is a leading global private equity investment firm with more than $12 billion of equity capital under management.
