DC Advisory advised Pegasus on the sale of its Reservations Services business to Regent Equity Partners

DC Advisory* acted as financial advisor to Pegasus Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of electronic hotel transactions services, in the sale of its Reservations Services business (“PRS”) to an affiliate of Regent Equity Partners. PRS provides reservation technology, infrastructure and services, including integrated sales, marketing and distribution services, to hotel chains worldwide and travel distributors. PRS supports over 9.5 million reservations annually and services more than 8,000 hotels. Regent Equity Partners (“Regent”) is a multi-sector private equity firm whose operating strategy is to partner with management teams to build leading companies.
