DC Advisory (DC) exclusively advised the Safran Group’s Morpho on the acquisition of Cassis International Pte Ltd (Cassis).

The acquisition enables Morpho to offer mobile network operators, banks, transit operators and governments a full architecture for secure solutions and services.

Founded in 2002, Cassis is a global leader in technology and trusted services for mobile payments, mobile commerce, and near field communication.

Cassis is one of only four major trusted service managers widely recognized across the market.

Headquartered in Singapore, Cassis has 82 employees and subsidiaries in Malaysia, France, South Korea, and the US.

Cassis serves a global customer base of leading mobile operators, card issuers, transit agencies, and other service providers.

The combination of complementary portfolios will position Morpho to provide customers with comprehensive secure solutions in a fast-growing market, which is expected to reach several hundred million euros over the next five years.

The addition of Cassis’ technical expertise to Morpho’s global structure will help Cassis win future business by leveraging on the size, international presence, and reputation of Morpho.
