DC Advisory advised Saongroup on its sale to StepStone

DC Advisory* acted as exclusive financial advisor to Saongroup Limited (“Saongroup”) in its sale to StepStone AS, a subsidiary of Axel Springer AG (DB: SPR). The transaction does not include the China and Myanmar operations of Saongroup. Saongroup is a world leader in online recruitment advertising services, providing a comprehensive suite of local recruitment solutions to jobseekers, employers and recruitment agencies.

The Company operates in 16 countries across Europe, Africa, and the Americas and has leading positions in Ireland, Northern Ireland and South Africa, attracting approximately nine million visits each month to its sites.
