DC Advisory advised Soft Space on its strategic growth capital raise from Transcosmos Inc

DC Advisory (DC) exclusively advised Soft Space in securing growth capital from Japan based Transcosmos, which is a business process outsourcing company providing digital marketing, back office, contact centre and software development services.

Soft Space is a Malaysia headquartered fintech-company. In a short span of time, it has been able to build a strong client base including some of the major banks in the region. Soft Space’s key product offering is the provision of mobile payments to the mass population.

Transcosmos would be working with Soft Space to create and provide value added services to the banks in Malaysia. Soft Space’s innovative mobile payments technology will allow e-commerce businesses to offer card on delivery services and mobile wallet solutions for retailers to expand their business to a segment of population that do not have a credit card or is reluctant to use a credit card.

This partnership between Transcosmos and Soft Space is also in alignment with the government’s initiative to promote cash-less payments in the country.
