DC Advisory advised SouthComm on the sale of its B2B platform to Endeavor Business Media and Resolute Capital Partners

DC Advisory is pleased to announce that its client SouthComm, Inc. a portfolio company of Solidus Company, has divested its B2B media platform (“SouthComm”). The platform was acquired by Endeavor Business Media and Resolute Capital Partners.

SouthComm is a tech-enabled B2B media platform with leading publications and digital assets across 10 industries. The Company is also a leader in the event space, holding both annual and biennial expositions for professionals in public safety, aviation, transportation and accounting.
