DC Advisory advised Summit Partners (Summit), a private equity and venture capital firm, on the sale of its interest in Paragon Computer Professionals (Paragon).

Paragon is a Cranford, New Jersey-based provider of information technology solutions and strategic staffing services to clients in four key verticals:

  • Communications
  • Life Sciences
  • Financial Services
  • Insurance

Summit originally invested in Paragon in 1998

DC Advisory acted as financial adviser to Paragon and Summit in this transaction
