DC Advisory advised Syncsort on the sale of its data protection software business to Bedford Venture Partners

DC Advisory* acted as financial advisor to Syncsort, Inc., an information management software company owned by Insight Venture Partners, in its sale of its Data Protection software business to an investor group lead by Bedford Venture Partners.

Syncsort’s Data Protection business is a leading provider of software that manages the backup, recovery and disaster recovery functions of enterprise storage systems. Headquartered in New Jersey, Syncsort has operations in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France and Germany.
