DC Advisory advised The Romans Group on its sale to Bowmark Capital

The Romans Group (UK) Limited (“Romans”) is a market-leading integrated property services group, providing estate & lettings agency and professional services through a network of 23 locations.

DC Advisory was engaged to advise on a sale process and to find a strategic partner for the management team to assist in the next stage of Romans’ developmen.

DC approached potential investors and providers of debt finance to enable both private equity investors and trade buyers to participate in the process.

Following a competitive auction process involving a limited number of participants, Bowmark Capital was selected to back the management buyout of the business.

The transaction provides Romans with a shareholder to support the business through its new office rollout and buy-and-build growth ambitions.

The management team remains in place and will continue to be led by Peter Coles.
