DC Advisory advised the shareholders of Alixio on the sale of an equity stake to Ardian

Process

• In March 2022, Ardian entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a stake in the Alixio’s capital

Outcome

• DC Advisory (DC) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Alixio on the sale of an equity stake to Ardian, a world-leading private investment house
• The acquisition will not change the operational governance structure of Alixio, which will continue to be chaired by Raymond Soubie - Philippe Vivien and Guillaume Allais will also retain their respective positions as Vice President and General Manager
• This transaction further illustrates DC’s expertise and bolsters our credentials in the Business & Tech-Enabled Services sector
• The transaction is subject to a consultation process with the employee representative bodies of the entities concerned, as well as the approval of the French competition authority
