DC Advisory advised the shareholders of Groupe Interway on its sale to Sogetrel

  • Founded in 1993, Groupe Interway (Interway) is a leading French technology specialist offering a wide range of solutions and services in three areas: networks (Wi-Fi & SD-WAN & LAN); digital payment solutions; and kiosks & interactive solutions
  • Most of Interway's clients are active in the retail sector in France
  • Since its inception, Interway has delivered strong organic growth, complemented by strategic acquisitions

Process

  • DC Advisory (DC) acted as exclusive advisor to the shareholders of Interway (BNP Paribas Développement and Bpifrance) on its sale process

Outcome

  • In June 2021, Sogetrel signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Interway
  • As majority shareholder, Sogetrel will assist Interway in its next development phase
  • This transaction further illustrates DC’s expertise in the Technology & Software sector
