DC Advisory advised Tiger Cool Express on a capital raise from Wood Creek Capital Management

DC Advisory* acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Tiger Cool Express, LLC (“TCX”) on its equity capital raise and lease financing with Wood Creek Capital Management, LLC (“Wood Creek”). TCX provides intermodal transportation solutions for shippers of temperature sensitive commodities, such as produce, cosmetics and frozen foods.

TCX is the only temperature controlled transportation provider in the United States solely dedicated to intermodal refrigerated container services. Wood Creek Capital Management is an investment manager focused on real asset investing. It is an affiliate of Babson Capital Management, LLC and a member of the MassMutual Financial Group.
