DC Advisory advised TrueLearn on a majority investment from LLR Partners

DC Advisory US acted as the exclusive financial advisor to TrueLearn, a provider of online test preparation and data analytics to healthcare, education and training institutions, on its majority investment from LLR Partners (LLR), a private equity firm specializing in control and non-control investments in growth companies.

TrueLearn empowers the next generation of healthcare professionals to perform at the highest level, both in the classroom and in high-stakes licensure exams. 

DC Advisory's prior experience in healthcare training and with LLR Partners, allowed the team to negotiate preemptive interest and closed the transaction expeditiously, successfully navigating the volatile economic conditions presented by Covid-19 whilst ensuring the process was value-driven throughout.

The partnership with LLR will help TrueLearn to accelerate growth into new markets and expand its platform. TrueLearn will leverage LLR Partners' significant experience and network in the education and healthcare sectors.
