DC Advisory advised United Supermarkets on its sale to Albertson’s LLC

DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to United Supermarkets, LLC, d/b/a The United Family™ (“United”) in its sale to Albertson’s LLC. Family-owned since its founding in 1916 and based in Lubbock, Texas, United operates 50 grocery stores under its United Supermarkets, Market Street and Amigos banners, as well as seven convenience stores and 26 fuel centers under its United Express banner. Albertson’s LLC operates over 600 locations in 16 Western and Southern states (including 76 stores in Texas) under the Albertson’s banner. Albertson’s LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AB Acquisition Corp., which operates ~1,000 stores in total.
