DC Advisory* served as financial advisor to Urban Active in its sale to Fitness International, LLC (LA Fitness). Urban Active is one of the ten largest operators of premier, multi-purpose health clubs in the United States, serving over 225,000 members.

The Company operates 36 health clubs in ten U.S. markets across Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia, Nebraska, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
