DC Advisory* served as exclusive buy-side and debt financing advisor to VFA, Inc. in its acquisition of the Altus Capital Planning (“ACP”) assets of Altus Group Limited (TSX: AIF). Based in Toronto, ACP develops capital planning software that helps organizations manage capital spending across their facility portfolios.

ACP’s customer baseÑthe primary focus of VFA’s acquisitionÑconsists of many of the largest commercial organizations and provincial government ministries in Canada.
