DC Advisory advised Western Shelter and CrewBoss on their sale to Guardian Capital Partners

DC Advisory US, a leading global investment bank, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Western Shelter Systems and CrewBoss (the Company), a portfolio company of Gorge Holdings, on its sale to Guardian Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in suburban Philadelphia.

Headquartered in Eugene, OR, Western Shelter Systems designs, manufactures and distributes a complete line of turnkey shelter and custom mobile solutions for emergency responders, military and commercial customers. CrewBoss designs and manufactures premier personal protective equipment, including wildland firefighting clothing and station wear for fire services.

The Company was acquired by Gorge Holdings in 2013 and Guardian Capital Partners is focused on continuing to build upon the Western Shelter Systems and CrewBoss legacy of success.  

Aaron Sharp and the team at DC Advisory have been great partners, helping prepare and navigate us through the entire sale process. Their deep industry expertise, approach and relationships were key to this successful outcome, and we look forward to continuing our strong relationship with them.
