Outcome

  • In September 2025, Acuity announced its acquisition of Ascent
  • The transaction is expected to close on 30th September 2025 and is subject to customary closing conditions
  • Acuity’s acquisition of Ascent aims to expand their fast-growing Data and Technology Services division and will significantly advance their capabilities to support global clients across multiple markets
  • This is the 22nd Technology & Software transaction announced by DC Advisory in the past 12 months and further strengthens its track record advising on transactions in the Technology Services sector
