DC Advisory advises an affiliate of FSC Franchise Co. on its acquisition of Newk’s Eatery

DC Advisory acted as the financial advisor to an affiliate of FSC Franchise Co. - the parent company of Beef O’Brady’s and the Brass Tap - on its acquisition of Newk's Eatery - a 100+ unit fast-casual restaurant chain - from Sentinel Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
