  • DC Advisory served as exclusive financial advisor to Aries Defense on its sale to Sigma Defense, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital

Outcome

  • In October 2025, Aries Defense was acquired by Sigma Defense, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital
  • Aries Defense strengthens Sigma Defense's software-first approach to CJADC2, C5ISR, and DevSecOps by integrating Aries' edge ISR capture, video and sensor solutions with Sigma's Olympus ecosystem
  • Through this acquisition, the two companies can provide persistent situational awareness and real-time decision advantage, even in disconnected, degraded, intermittent or limited (D-DIL) environments
