- DC Advisory was exclusively engaged by Carlyle Global Credit in November 2024 to provide buy-side M&A advisory services to support its strategic investment in Your.World

- In January 2025, Your.World announced an €800 million investment in long-term partnership capital in the form of preferred equity from Carlyle and Ares
- The additional partnership capital and strategic support from two leading global investors, Carlyle and Ares, will allow Your.World to drive accelerated growth while continuing to deliver high-quality solutions and services to its customers
