• DC Advisory was engaged by Ceramicx to act as exclusive financial advisor on its potential sale 
• DC Advisory worked with Ceramicx to engage a global group of potential acquirers aligned to the shareholders’ vision and commitment to supporting Ceramicx’s development plan
• DC Advisory leveraged its knowledge of the Industrials space to identify a tailored group of appropriate buyers

Outcome

• On 20th July 2023, NIBE acquired 77.5% of Ceramicx, with the remaining shares to be acquired by 2025
• The acquisition will support Ceramicx’s growth plans and further strengthen its position as a global leader in the infrared heating space
• This transaction further showcases DC Advisory’s expertise in the Industrials sector and working with family-owned businesses
