- Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Altrincham, Digital Rewards Group (DRG) is a specialist rewards and incentives platform which creates incremental value for its partners and brands by connecting them to a closed group of subscribers
- DRG offers 4000+ leisure and entertainment discounts primarily to families through three primary channels: a closed audience subscription channel, loyalty-led brand partnership campaigns and through employee benefits providers
Process
- DC Advisory was engaged by DRG as exclusive financial advisor to identify a private equity investor to support the business through its next phase of growth
- DC Advisory leveraged its sector expertise and senior relationships to connect DRG with a strategically aligned investor, who would share management’s growth ambitions and have a strong experience in supporting expansion in the US
- DC Advisory provided comprehensive M&A services, including process strategy and tactics, review of data to help inform the business plan, hands-on support throughout the process, and negotiation and transaction documentation support
Outcome
- Maven Capital Partners invested in DRG alongside the existing management team in February 2025
- Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed
- With the support of Maven’s resources and sector knowledge, DRG will continue to build on its strong D2C and B2B momentum with continued investment into its people and platform
- Maven brings significant experience in internationalization and expansion in the US which it aims to leverage to support DRG’s continued expansion in the region
