- In August 2026, Exponent reached an agreement to invest in KTL
- The closing of this transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals in Ireland
- The incumbent management team, led by CEO Alan Hanamy, will continue to lead the company as it meets growing demand across both the telecommunications and power markets
- Exponent will partner with KTL to unlock growth through strengthening the business's technical capabilities, investing in recruitment and workforce capacity, and capturing demand driven by favorable structural trends
