• GPT was acquired by Briggs Equipment Ireland Ltd, a materials handling, business solutions & and engineering services provider

• DC Advisory Ireland was engaged by GPT to act as financial advisors on its sale to Briggs Equipment Ltd
• DC Advisory worked with GPT to engage a global group of potential acquirers who aligned with the shareholders’ vision and commitment to supporting GPT’s development plan
• DC Advisory leveraged its knowledge of the Industrials space to identify a tailored group of appropriate buyers

Outcome

• GPT was sold to Briggs Equipment Ltd, and the deal closed in September 2022
