DC Advisory advises iCON Infrastructure LLP on its investment in H2air

  • Founded in 2008, H2air is a leading independent developer of onshore wind and solar projects in France
  • H2air currently owns and operates 13 onshore wind farms with a total installed capacity of 263 MW and is actively developing a 3GW pipeline of wind and solar projects in France
  • H2air, led by its founder Roy Mahfouz, was looking for a partner to support the next phase of its growth journey
  • iCON Infrastructure LLP is an independent investment group with over €2.5bn in assets under management, focusing on privately held investments in Infrastructure assets in Europe and North America

Process

  • DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to iCON Infrastructure LLP on its investment in H2air

Outcome

  • iCON Infrastructure LLP and H2air reached an agreement in April 2025 with closing expected pre summer 2025
  • Completion of this transaction is subject to regulatory approval and closing conditions
