DC Advisory advises iCON Infrastructure on a financing package for Alliance Ireland

Background

  • In January 2024, iCON Infrastructure (iCON) acquired Alliance Medical Group (AMG) from Life Healthcare Group Holdings Limited
  • Alliance Ireland is a leading private provider of diagnostic imaging services in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
  • Due to the different business models, funding requirements and functional currencies within Alliance Medical Group (AMG), iCON elected to raise three separate financings for AMG's UK (Alliance UK), Irish (Alliance Ireland) and Italian (Alliance Italy) operations

  • DC Advisory was appointed as exclusive financial adviser by repeat client iCON for the debt financing of Alliance Ireland

  • The transaction closed in March 2024
