- In January 2024, funds advised by iCON Infrastructure (iCON) acquired Alliance Medical Group (AMG) from Life Healthcare Group Holdings Limited
- Alliance Medical Italy is one of the leading private providers of diagnostic services in Italy
- Due to the different business models, funding requirements and functional currencies within AMG, iCON elected to raise three separate financings for AMG's UK (Alliance Medical UK), Irish (Alliance Medical Ireland) and Italian (Alliance Medical Italy) operations
