- DC Advisory was appointed by Inflexion as exclusive financial advisor in September 2023 to provide buy-side M&A services to support Inflexion’s investment in Village Vets
- Working closely with Inflexion and their other advisors, DC Advisory provided valuation support, strategic and sector insight as well as a detailed exit review
Outcome
- On 5 January 2024, Inflexion's investment in Village Vets was completed
- Inflexion’s investment aims to enable Village Vets to continue its track record of growth, and further accelerate its strategic expansion through M&A and greenfield developments. The incumbent management team will remain in place to drive the business into its next phase of growth
- The transaction further enhances DC Advisory’s track record in the multisite Healthcare space
