Process
- DC Advisory’s UK team, led by James Pople, was engaged by Intermediate Capital Group plc (ICG) to provide full-scope buy-side M&A advice to support BIMM on the acquisition of MetFilm School
- DC Advisory provided valuation and strategic advice, assistance with commercial negotiations, modelling support, as well as sector intelligence and process management expertise
Outcome
- In February 2024, BIMM completed its acquisition in MetFilm School. By combining BIMM and MetFilm School’s deep connections and broad network, graduates will have opportunities to find roles in the UK’s TV and film industry, which is growing rapidly with an emerging skills gap that BIMM will be able to serve
