- DC Advisory acted as sole financial advisor to Montefiore Investment in the acquisition process of oXya

Outcome
- Beginning of July 2023, Montefiore Investment signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in oXya, partly financed with a unitranche facility
- The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions as well as regulatory approvals and is expected to close by the end of summer 2023
